The E+H Memosens COS81E Digital Optical Oxygen Sensor is designed according to EHEDG and ASME BPE. The sensor can be precalibrated in a lab and swapped into a process with plug and play. It does not need polarization time and is immediately ready to measure. A built-in reference LED compensates the aging of the measuring LED.

The sensor can be used in process applications as well as benchtop fermenters, and includes a standard process connection Pg 13.5 that allows for the possibility of installation in standard pH assemblies. Memosens technology provides for extended data storage for predictive maintenance and enhanced IloT services.

Applications

  • Fermentation
  • Drinking water production
  • Inertization
  • Monitoring of explosive atmospheres with an O2 concentration of ≥2%Vol
  • Quality control in the food industry
